M5: Final Demo Materials
Updated 2026-06-02
Focus
For this milestone, we prepared the material needed to present SecureLearning clearly in the final stage of the project.
The presentation was intentionally short and focused on three things: the demo plan, the project poster, and the launch video.
Demo Plan
The final demo is planned around a pre-populated database so the walkthrough can focus on complete, realistic platform flows instead of setup work.
The main goals are:
- Show the most important SecureLearning features.
- Walk through the platform from the perspective of the main roles.
- Demonstrate how the product connects phishing awareness, learning, compliance, and management workflows.
- Optionally run a campaign simulation if the presentation context allows it.
This gives the demo a stable structure while still leaving room to show the platform working live.
Poster and Launch Video
The milestone also included the final communication assets.
The poster is meant to summarize SecureLearning at a glance, while the launch video gives a more polished introduction to the product, its problem space, and the final result of the project.
Together, these materials support the live demo by giving the audience a quick understanding of what SecureLearning is before seeing the platform in action.
What This Milestone Represents
M5 of the second semester was about preparing the final presentation package.
At this point, the focus shifted from building new features to making sure the team could explain, demonstrate, and present the final product effectively.
